Who I am
I’m Serenity- a BSN, RN with over 15 years experience supporting families through some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. As a certified Postpartum Doula and Postpartum Transition Coach, IBCLC and NICU RN certified in both adult and infant CPR, NRP, STABLE and an original member of the NICU NeuroProtective Care Committee, I created The Milk Grove maternity, newborn and postpartum concierge service to offer compassionate, evidence- based support to families as they navigate early parenthood. I believe that the newborn stage and postpartum care should feel as sacred as birth itself.
Rooted in compassion with 10 years focus on high-risk maternity, caring for premature and medically complex infants in the NICU and practicing lactation support, my mission is to create a softer landing for new families. My family- centered approach blends clinical insight with gentle care, offering grounded guidance without pressure or judgement. I’m here to hold space for your story, help you tune into your intuition and offer tools that bring more calm and confidence to your parenting journey. Professionally, and personally, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming and emotional this exciting journey can be. Life has taught me that no two postpartum experiences are alike- and that every family deserves care that honors their unique story, pace and needs. That deep understanding shapes everything I do.
At The Milk Grove, I blend clinical expertise with nurturing, individualized care. Whether it's understanding their baby's cues and personality, guiding through feeds or simply offering rest while knowing their newborn is in skilled, loving hands, I am here to provide reassurance, continuity and calm with the most expert quality and trusted care possible.
This work is deeply personal to me- it's not just a career, but a passion brought on by professional and personal experiences. By blending clinical knowledge and intuitive, nurturing care, I'm committed to offering gentle support for the physical and emotional shifts of the maternal, newborn and postpartum season.
It's an honor to hold space for your healing, bonding, and growth as you and your baby find your rhythm together.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me in the garden, drinking homemade herbal teas, or chasing the sunlight with my own little ones. The Milk Grove is the extension of that same spirit-rooted in care, made to grow.
I can’t wait to hear from you!

Who The Milk Grove is
At The Milk Grove, I believe that growing a family deserves more than rushed appointments, generic advice or checklists handed out at discharge. Through my years of working within the hospital system and clinics, I’ve seen how challenging the transition from hospital to home can be for families. Many parents understandably feel overwhelmed during this vulnerable time, especially NICU families who are adapting to new physical and emotional needs after weeks or months of intense medical care. My goal is to help bridge this transition and offer additional support as families continue their journey at home.
I’m here to support you- to help you plan, prepare and thrive.
My personalized, doula- style care is rooted in evidence-based education on infant development and behavior, bonding and nurturing support for the entire family. From the first sleepy days home through the evolving rhythms of your baby’s early weeks, I meet you where you are- offering clarity, guidance and hands on support that honors your unique family values. Whether you’re navigating feeding, sleep cues, sibling bonding, or the emotional shifts of new parenthood, I’m here to help you understand the why behind your baby’s behaviors so you can respond with confidence and calm while supporting your healing as well.
I am a concierge practice rooted in the understanding that families need more: more time, more continuity, more clarification and more compassion. I’ll support you before the baby arrives and long after the hospital stay ends, offering personalized care through every stage of growth.
Whether you’re first time parents navigating the unknown, a NICU graduate adjusting to life at home, or a seasoned parent in need of deeper support, The Milk Grove is here to help bridge the gap from hospital to home, guiding you gently and without judgement.
Together, we’ll build a foundation of connection, knowledge and steadiness- so you feel support not just in the tasks, but in the transformation of becoming a parent.
