Led by a NICU RN and IBCLC, this relaxed and interactive class is a space to ask questions, build confidence, and gain clarity before your baby is in your arms.

Here I support you educationally during baby’s first weeks with focused, hands-on care. These sessions include learning your baby’s personality surrounding hunger and feeds, sleep, soothing and new infant growth spurts. We will tailor these sessions to best support you in creating a safe, calm and connected bonding. 

So you can respond with confidence as your little one begins to grow.

From soothing your baby and supporting every day normal activities to light household baby related helps and space for your to rest and recharge, this practical, nurturing support tailors to you so don’t have to do it all alone.
