This immersive visit blends attentive newborn care, basic lactation support, and gentle postpartum guidance into one grounded, nurturing experience tailored entirely to your needs- to create breathing room into your life.
Each visit offers dedicated 1:1 support rooted in both clinical knowledge and hands-on experience—blending newborn care, maternal recovery support, and feeding guidance with a calm, steady presence in your home. You’ll receive responsive, personalized care that evolves with your baby and your confidence, along with gentle guidance, practical education, and space to ask anything—at any time. Unlimited questions, reassurance and basic lactation support included. If more advanced lactation care is needed—such as complex feeding challenges or clinical assessment requiring IBCLC-level support—a separate breastfeeding consultation or follow-up visit will be recommended and billed accordingly.
We’ll start our day with a chat on how you’re feeling that day, in that moment and decide together how I can best support you that day. Each visit includes light household support that meaningfully reduces your mental and physical load: washing pump or bottle parts, folding baby laundry, tidying shared spaces, organizing care essentials, etc. These small tasks often take up the most energy in early postpartum, and easing that burden is part of the care itself.
However you choose to use this time, the goal is unwavering: to help you feel more steady, supported, and held during these tender early weeks all with the comfort of being in highly trained, experienced hands. These hours are yours to use as you need.
The Milk Grove offers daytime doula support up to three days per week for the first year postpartum allowing for consistent, relationship-based care during the most transformative season of early parenthood.
Every visit is thoughtfully tailored to your needs that day—free of judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all expectations.
Base: $55/hr (6am-8pm)
