During our time together, I’ll tend to you and/or your baby with a warm, attentive presence-—handling feeds, diaper changes, bathing, soothing, snuggles, sibling bonding and nap support—so you can recharge, or reconnect with whomever or whatever you’ve been putting on hold. Whether you’re craving a quiet morning at home, seeking more hands on education, a restorative nap, or a moment to simply step out and feel like yourself again, this reset adapts to your needs.
Each visit includes light household support that meaningfully reduces your mental and physical load: washing pump or bottle parts, folding baby laundry, tidying shared spaces, organizing care essentials, etc. These small tasks often take up the most energy in early postpartum, and easing that burden is part of the care itself.
If you’re navigating lactation challenges or simply want reassurance, I provide comprehensive, evidence-based lactation assistance woven gently into our time together.
These hours of care are meant to meet you exactly where you are—whether you need rest, recovery, or uninterrupted time to catch up on the pieces of life that are hard to reach with a newborn in your arms. We’ll start our day with a chat on how you’re feeling that day, in that moment and decide together how I can best support you that day. However you choose to use this time, the goal is unwavering: to help you feel more steady, supported, and held during these tender early weeks.
Families typically book this service for 1-6 months for 4+ hour shifts 1-3 days/week.
