NICU Graduate Program
Bringing your NICU graduate home is both an exciting and overwhelming milestone! After weeks or months in the NICU, you may feel both eager and uncertain about caring for your little one at home. Not only have you just had a baby, youβve also had to learn to navigate the NICU lifeβ¦before navigating home life. Iβll help you adapt to your new normal.
NICU graduates often need more specialized care, and families benefit from tailored education and support. Thatβs why I created this serviceβas your experienced NICU doula, I will walk alongside you to help translate and navigate this next chapter. Iβll meet you in your home before discharge to help prepare your space and make sure you feel ready for your babyβs arrival. From there, Iβll continue to provide follow-up visits in your home, daily, weekly or twice weekly, depending on your needsβfor as long as you need the support.
The goal will be the same as my Cradle Concierge doula support-guidance, education and support tailored entirely to your needs that day with the sole purpose of improving bonding, confidence and creating breathing room into your life.
During our time together, Iβll tend to you and/or your NICU graduate with a warm, attentive presence-βhandling feeds, diaper changes, bathing, soothing, snuggles, sibling bonding and nap supportβso you can recharge, or reconnect with whomever or whatever youβve been putting on hold.
